3. Declaimer of Warranty- Intarnet, Inc. makes no guaranty, warranty or representation, expressed or implied, regarding the condition or fitness of the information or communication services offered for any particular use or purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability- in no event shall Intarnet, Inc. be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages as a result of this service. The sole liability of Intarnet, Inc. , as a result any action or failure to act on the part of Intarnet, Inc., whether Intarnet, Inc., knew or should have known that damages might or could be incurred, shall be limited to a refund of the cost of the service prepayments.
