I can confirm that our ACD server could pass a calls when we use your LA gateway 220.224.129.21 instead of your UK gateway (80.77.12.195).

(the full content of SIP messages is in the email of Oussama below)

We inserted your route into the system (temporarily) instead of Colt. You can monitor the quality under the link below. If everything is ok, we will include permanently your route into a 3-vendor system:
http://switzernet.co= m/public/091029-ACDstat/

We observed that, the PDD is quite long. I hope to have a comparisons of PDD charts later. Can you give us an estimation when your UK gateway will be available? Our calls are originated in California, the media is often routed to Europe (Switzernet), then (with the current scenario) returned to LA (Reliance), to be again forwarded back to Armenia. This way, we cross the Atlantic 4 times generating a latency of 4 x 350 = ms.

Regards,
Emin

Hello,

The ch1.youroute.net = (128.179.67.35) is removed.
But I confirm that the first 4 IP addresses 87.106.212.173, 212.227.250.146, 87.106.213.52, 87.106.166.145. The firewall is open, as there is a SIP exchange. But the exchange looks as below:

Dear Ankur,

I cannot make test calls. Elen can provide her phone number when she will be available. Oussama can be contacted, but he speaks only French...

Cannot you simply open these IP addresses and let us tes?

You can call me at +41-21-550-0309 but I cannot do on-line tests.

, when you can confirm the rest of IP addresses. We will not be able to operate more than a few days with the half of IP addresses open and half not. Even a couple of IP address not open can block the handover system and make certain destinations completely unavailable for a group of thousands of customers.

According to Oussama, the IP addresses highlighted in red are still not open.
